The hotel is well located in a calm neighberhood close to the lovely Madison Square. The room is big enough and the bathroom is lovely. City transport is close. And don't forget the Tiffany glasswork at the lobby.

I love the hotel's ambiance, from the lobby, to the room, the bar and the restaurant were all great! A wonderful hotel to sleep in and to hang out in if you're want to stay in! The best drinks and food is excellent.

The location was great and unbeatable for walking around a long-standing department store. Moreover, a subway station was easy walk to the hotel. The rooms were spotless and new-fashioned. Had excellent facilities, such as a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe.

Nice well appointed hotel...
When boxes arrive for a guest ,,,the guest should not have to be the one to track them down...the hotel should alert you!!! And ....do not like the censor mini bar...sometimes you need to move things!!!!

Walking into the entrance.
The ridiculous 20 second rule on the tray of treats. "If the item is not replace in 20 seconds you bill is automatically billed" Are you kidding me?

Excellent location a block from the subway, with a 24 hour gym, free wireless in the rooms, nice toiletries and a Zagat-rated restaurant and cool bar.
The standard room size is small and there is not really a place to open your suitcase properly apart from on the bed. But all in all great value for money.

Nice spacious room, with plenty of light and very comfortable bed
Cleaniness of public areas not ideal; breakfast in room very basic; slightly noisy

The internal room was very noisy becouse of the external air condition systems and it was almost impossible to sleep, no help from the hotel staff, the price (the total was 350$) is absolutely inappropriate.(it should be a superior room)

Comfortably Stylish Stay in the Heart of NYC
We thoroughly enjoyed our five-night stay! The beds felt heavenly, perfect for a family with children. The charming lounge made evenings special, plus, the complimentary wine hour was a good surprise. To future guests, request additional cups for your kettle upon arrival for extra convenience.
